The “Airone” b&b is placed in the wonderful town of Proceno, city of Etruscan origin. This place, that still mantain unaltered its origins and its traditions, is also a coveted tourist destination, and is an ideal place for people longing for relax, away from the chaotic urban life.
Immersed in the green, the b&b offers the possibility of walking in the surrounding countries and along the ways and paths skirting the “Stridolone” river.

Thanks to its peculiar location ( l’Airone is placed next to the boundaries of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany ), staying at the b&b means that you’ll have the possibility to go on a trip in the Brunello areas, to visit wonderful cities such as  Pienza, Radicofani, Montalcino and S.Quirico D’Orcia, or maybe spend a relaxing day in the thermal waters of San Casciano dei Bagni ( in the province of Siena ), or visiting the lake areas ( in the province of Viterbo ) and towns in the surroundings, like Bolsena, Gradoli, Marta, San Lorenzo Nuovo, Capodimonte, but also Viterbo ( and its famous Terme dei Papi, thermal waters ). It is placed about 20 km from the Bolsena lake, about 5 km from Acquapendente about 35 km from Montefiasconeand about 30 km from Amiata Mountain. Following the A1 highway, you can exit at: Orte, Orvieto, Fabro, Chiusi-Chianciano Terme.

Why to stay on our structure?

Beacuse, besides being a lovely and peaceful structure, you will have also the possibility to relax, to swim in the swimming pool, to go fishing thanks to a little lake and a river really near to the building. The Airone put at your disposal three bedrooms, very well furnished, and an outbuilding where is possible to organize banquets, maybe thinned by tasting typical wine of this area.
